Arrangements have been by AFC Cornard Dynamos for any player who is registered with the club and sustains an injury whilst training or playing football to have specialised treatment with:

Dr Corrigan has been forwarded a list of all our player's names for this season. If you are injured and require his services then simply contact the surgery and mention your name, age group and that you are a member of AFC Cornard Dynamos and you will be treated and not be required to make any payment for any consultation you have with him.
Prior to receiving treatment you must contact the chairman Tony Ashby who will provide a letter of confirmation that the injury is football related.
This is a substantial service that has been obtained by the club. It is hoped that his services will not be required on any player, but you will be in excellent hands if you are.
